This time of year , even though we had a big runoff earlier on, we are now back to low water....
The photo below is the entrance to the slough looking out toward the Pitt River.
Notice the log debris on the Right hand side of the picture (south side of the slough). Also remember that you can click on the pictures below to enlarge them.

The log debris, Glen flagged it to warn people about it but you need to remember that there is quite a mess of stuff below the flag. (At least there was at the time of this photo... (Saturday

The flag a day later with high water on Sunday Sept 11th at 7:58 p.m. You can just barely see the top of the log under the flag...
