Stolen: 12 ft aluminum boat (WN088RG)

Update: The boat was  found drifting on the other side of the lake and is secure.

Last night a 12 ft aluminum boat (WN088RG) was stolen from Ward's Bay at the south east corner of Pitt Lake. Some camping gear was also taken from the storage by the water. All this was done overnight even though someone was sleeping in the main cabin (which was not disturbed during the theft).

In the last week to 10 days a 21 ft ARCTIG aluminum boat with a dark green canvas went missing from Grant Narrows. The name on the boat is "Late for Dinner". Please contact Ridge Meadows RCMP if you have any information. 604-463-6251
