Snowy times Again...
Might be a good idea to check out your boat and make sure it hasn't sunk, or the canvas hasn't collapsed or that you haven't left your gas cap off, And if you have a boathouse it is always a good idea to check if the snow has weakened it. It is not unheard of to have a boathouse collapse and sink the boat inside of it. As of yesterday morning they all looked fine to me but I walked by quickly on my way to get the snow off my canvas top and I wasn't really paying that much attention to the boathouses.

Lots of ice on the Pitt River
There can be a lot of ice on the Pitt River (including blocking access to the slough) and also ice entering into the mouth of the slough depending on tides and what is getting pushed up from the Fraser. Also, your docks may have an awful lot of snow on them depending where your cabin is on the Lake.
Here are a few photos from January 7th (you can click on them to enlarge them)

Happy New Year (-5 or cooler next 5 nights)
Happy New Year, and hopefully your boat engines are all still fine.
It is going to be -5 or cooler over the next week so it may be wise to check on your boat
