Pitt Lake exempt from Speculation Tax

Both sides of the lake are exempt from the tax.

The tax applies in the Metro Vancouver Regional District (excluding Bowen Island and Electoral Area A, except the part of the electoral area that is the UBC and University Endowment Lands), the Capital Regional District (excluding the Gulf Islands and Juan de Fuca), Kelowna-West Kelowna, Nanaimo-Lantzville (excluding Protection Island), Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Mission. Most islands are excluded.

PRBC Annual Moorage and Launch Fees - Please mail them in

Remember the Pitt River boat club annual moorage and launch fees are due by the end of March.

With everything going on at the boatclub please mail your checks to the mailing address on your contracts instead of dropping them off at the boatclub.

Note: the address on your contract looks strange and actually looks like a phone number but you need all the numbers on it in the way that it is shown on your contract...

GRANT NARROWS Day and Overnight Rates

Parking free during the Day
Parking overnight $10.00
Boat launch , $15.00 per launch

2 man canoe rental $80 for the day and $100 for overnight
4 man canoe rental $100 for the day and $150 for overnight

GRANT NARROWS Annual Rates

Parking pass for the year  $175.00
Boat launch Pass for the year $215.00

Parking Pass/Boat Launch combo for the year $345.00
